Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Stone Town

Arrive at Zanzibar airport and transfer to Tembo House Hotel, a beautifully restored historic building on the Stone Town waterfront. After settling in, take an introductory stroll through the narrow, winding streets of this ancient trading port — notice the intricately carved Zanzibari doors, the scent of cardamom coffee drifting from cafés, and the melodic call to prayer from the city's many mosques. Day 2 — Stone Town Tour & Spice Farm

After breakfast, your guide leads you on a comprehensive walking tour of Stone Town. Explore the former Slave Market and its haunting underground chambers, visit the Sultan's Palace Museum, and admire the waterfront Beit el-Ajaib (House of Wonders). The architecture tells the story of Zanzibar's layered history — African, Arab, Indian, and European influences woven into every coral stone wall. Mid-morning, depart for a spice plantation in the island's lush interior.
