Day 1 — Fly from Arusha to Serengeti
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Arusha Airport for your scheduled light aircraft flight to the Serengeti. Enjoy stunning aerial views of the Maasai steppe, the Rift Valley escarpment, and the Ngorongoro Highlands before descending into the Serengeti. On landing at Seronera Airstrip, your driver-guide will meet you for an afternoon game drive en route to Serengeti Sopa Lodge. Spot giraffe, zebra, and antelope as the golden African light washes over the plains. Settle into your lodge and enjoy dinner with panoramic views.

Day 2 — Full Day Serengeti Game Drive
Rise at dawn for a full day exploring the Serengeti's rich wildlife habitats. The early morning hours offer prime predator action as lions, leopards, and cheetahs hunt in the cool air. Traverse the Seronera River Valley, where resident big cats stalk the year-round water source. Depending on the season, witness vast herds of wildebeest and zebra on the move or calving on the southern plains. Stop for a picnic lunch beneath an acacia tree before continuing your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge at sunset for sundowners overlooking the endless plains.

Day 3 — Full Day Serengeti Game Drive
Another full day of immersive game viewing takes you to different corners of the Serengeti. Explore the rocky kopjes where lion prides lounge in the shade, and visit the Retima Hippo Pool to watch these massive creatures wallow and spar. Your guide will track wildlife movements based on recent sightings, maximizing your chances of encountering elephants, buffalo, giraffe, wildebeest, and the elusive leopard. A bush picnic lunch keeps you out in the wild longer. Return to Serengeti Sopa Lodge for your final evening under the vast African sky.

Day 4 — Morning Game Drive and Fly to Arusha
Squeeze every last moment out of the bush with an early morning game drive, catching the Serengeti at its most magical as the sun rises over the plains. After a relaxed brunch back at the lodge, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Arusha. Soar over the same breathtaking landscapes in reverse, arriving in Arusha by early afternoon. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight, or begin a Zanzibar beach extension.
