Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Arusha — Overnight at Green Side Hotel
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our representative meets you and transfers you to Green Side Hotel in Arusha. After check-in, receive a full safari briefing from your driver-guide, then relax in the gardens or by the bar before dinner. Rest well — the circuit begins tomorrow.

Mid-RangeDay 2 — Arusha to Tarangire National Park — Overnight at Eileen's Trees Inn
After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive about two hours to Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant herds and cathedral groves of baobab. Enjoy a full afternoon game drive along the Tarangire River, where wildlife concentrates in the dry season — elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and hundreds of bird species. In the late afternoon, exit the park and climb into the green Karatu highlands to Eileen's Trees Inn, a family-run lodge set in tropical gardens.

Mid-RangeDay 3 — Karatu to Serengeti — Overnight at Into Wild Africa
After breakfast in the highlands, journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enter the Serengeti at Naabi Hill Gate, where the endless plains open before you. Game drive through the southern and central Serengeti en route to camp, tracking lions, cheetahs, and the resident herds. Arrive at Into Wild Africa, a comfortable tented camp in the heart of the action, in time for a sundowner and dinner under the stars.

Mid-RangeDay 4 — Full Day Serengeti — Overnight at Into Wild Africa
A full day devoted to the Serengeti. Set out at dawn when predators are most active, working the Seronera river valleys and kopjes for lion prides, leopards in the sausage trees, and cheetah families on the plains. In season, the Great Migration may fill the grasslands with wildebeest and zebra. Picnic lunch in the bush, an afternoon of further exploration, and a relaxed evening back at Into Wild Africa.

Mid-RangeDay 5 — Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha — Overnight at Green Side Hotel
An early departure from the Serengeti as you drive east to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on its wildlife-packed floor — the best chance on the circuit to see the endangered black rhino, along with lions, hyenas, buffalo, and flamingo-fringed soda lakes. Picnic at the hippo pool, then ascend and continue the drive back to Arusha, arriving at Green Side Hotel in the evening for dinner and a well-earned rest.

Mid-RangeDay 6 — Departure
After a relaxed breakfast, the day is yours until your flight. Your driver-guide transfers you to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for departure, or on to Arusha Airport for a Zanzibar connection — taking with you six days of unforgettable memories from Tanzania's Northern Circuit.
