Wildlife Safari Experience (Sample Itinerary)

Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport

Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport – transfer to Arusha Town for overnight stay.
Overnight at Tulia Botique Hotel on Bed&Breakfast Basis

Day 2: Discover Tarangire National Park

Depart with your driver/guide with picnic-lunch to Tarangire National park; Tanzania’s third largest National Park & Sanctuary for elephants. Game drives inside the National Park. In the afternoon, continue to your camp for dinner & overnight.
Overnight at Tarangire Simba Lodge on Full Board basis.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park/Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart with picnic-lunch to Central Serengeti. The drive leads through Ngorongoro Highlands with a stop at Olduvai Gorge to visit the Museum. In the afternoon, first Game Drive in Serengeti National Park.
Overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Camp on Full Board Basis

Day 4: Discover Serengeti National Park

Morning and afternoon Game Drives in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti forms together with Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve; Africa’s most famous wildlife park. The annual wildebeest migration (coined the great migration) through both of these parks, is the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than a million wildebeest following the rain. The game viewing doesn’t end here: large prides of lions, elephants, and giraffes in the grasslands, gazelles, and elands just to mention a few. In the afternoon, return to your camp and enjoy a private sundowner with your group.
Overnight: Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp on Full Board Basis

Day 5: Discover Ngorongoro Crater

In the morning, depart with picnic-lunch to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the Crater to view game on the vast grasslands of the crater-floor. Spectacular animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. Local wildlife includes black maned lion, the highly endangered black rhino, wildebeest, zebra, elephant, hippo, jackal, and hyena. In the afternoon continue to Karatu Town.
Overnight at Tloma Lodge on Full Board Basis

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, you can have a guided farm walk with an introduction to the cultivation of coffee. Return with picnic-lunch to Arusha with arrival in the early afternoon.
Drop-off Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport.
